Frequently asked questions about the Amber promotion leaflet

Is there an Amber loyalty programme?

Amber's website names AmberClub and says it has over 100,000 members, with deals based on shopping history. We could not read its detailed terms.

Are Amber leaflets the same for every branch?

No. The recent editions on AdsSOS name specific branch areas such as Al Khan and Branch 3 Al Qasimiya, and several are valid for one day.

How many branches does Amber have?

Its website states 6 locations in the UAE. It does not list the addresses on the page we read.

Amber Promotion Leaflet This Week: publication rhythm and schedule

Amber is one of the few retailers in this batch whose leaflets are branch-specific. The recent titles on AdsSOS name the branch area: Fresh Deals and Special Offer for Al Khan, both valid on 19 October 2026 only; Fresh Chicken for Al Khan on 18 October; another Fresh Deals for Al Khan on 18 October in five pages; and Big Price Savings for Branch 3, Al Qasimiya, from 17 to 18 October in eight pages. Several editions last a single day, and the same title can appear on consecutive days for the same branch.

We found no official statement of a weekly release day, and our data gives no typical start weekday. Because the validity can be one day and the branch matters, check both the dates and the branch name before relying on an advertised item. A leaflet for Al Khan is not necessarily valid at Al Qasimiya.

How to save: loyalty card and app

Amber's own website names a loyalty scheme called AmberClub. It describes more than 100,000 members, deals tailored to shopping history, and in-store offers for people who join, with a separate Offers page for promotions. We did not find a published mobile app, and the pages we could read did not state the points rate, how members' prices combine with leaflet prices, or any digital coupon rules, so we leave those details out.

Because the leaflets are branch-specific and short, the practical combination is to read the dated branch leaflet first, then ask at the till whether AmberClub applies to the items you are buying.

Price matching, returns and coupon rules

We found no published Amber policy on price matching, returns or coupons, so we cannot say how long an exchange window lasts. The general legal frame is federal. Commentary on Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, amended in 2023, says buyers of defective goods can choose replacement, repair or a refund regardless of store policy, and that terms removing the right are void.

On price display, the Federal Tax Authority has told businesses to show prices including 5 per cent VAT, so a leaflet figure should match the amount charged. Where a dispute cannot be settled with the branch manager, the Ministry of Economy accepts complaints online and through its smart app, and publishes the unified number 800 1222.

Smart shopping: hours and markdown habits

The Amber website we opened does not list opening hours, and we found no official statement on Ramadan hours or on clearance practices. Fresh categories such as fruit and vegetables, fish and meat, dairy and spices are named on the site, and the leaflet titles about fresh chicken fit that picture, but we hold no information on end-of-day reductions and will not guess.

Because Amber's leaflets appear to belong to Sharjah branches, the emirate's calendar is relevant. The Sharjah government works Monday to Thursday and has a Friday, Saturday and Sunday weekend, while the federal government uses Saturday and Sunday. These rules cover public offices, not supermarkets, so they say nothing about shop hours. Call the branch for current timings.

About Amber in the United Arab Emirates

Amber's website describes it as a hypermarket and supermarket chain and lists six locations in the UAE. It also reports more than 500 sales assistants. It gives a phone number and a postal address through Amber Group but no branch addresses on the page we could read. Third-party directories add detail: one lists Amber Market and Amber Hypermarket in the Rolla area of Sharjah, and a map listing places a hypermarket at Al Qasimia Tower in Al Nad, Sharjah, with a link to the Amber website, although it spells the name differently.

We file Amber under the hypermarkets in the UAE hub, which matches its own description. Shoppers comparing it with other Sharjah-area chains can read the Nesto promotion leaflet this week and the Safeermarket offers, or return to the United Arab Emirates flyer hub.
