ExpiredThe current Jumbo promotion leaflet is valid from 17 October 2026 until 23 October 2026.
The current edition has 1 pages.
Jumbo's official page allows returns or exchanges within seven days of delivery or in-store collection, with conditions: unopened and unused goods, original invoice, no activated devices, and a 15 per cent restocking fee on opened items.
A UAE shopping guide mentions a trade-in service called Jumbo Exchange. We did not find current terms, so ask in store.
The online store at jumbo.ae shows live availability, and AdsSOS lists the leaflet images with their validity dates.
We found no price-match policy on the pages we opened, so we cannot say that it does.
During its 50th anniversary sale Jumbo ran a five-times SHARE points promotion with some brand exclusions. That sale has ended and we have not verified a standing arrangement.
The return page lists 600-532395 for calls and WhatsApp, and a customer care email address.
A quick clarification before anything else, because the name causes confusion. The Jumbo behind these leaflets is Jumbo Electronics, the Dubai-based consumer technology group, and not a food retailer. If you landed here expecting groceries, the hypermarkets in the UAE page is the better starting point. If you want phones, laptops, televisions or appliances, you are in the right place.
The editions we list are short and, honestly, a bit unpredictable. This month alone we hold a one-page phone promotion called Sale On iPhone Duo (17 to 23 October 2026), a one-page vivo V80 edition (10 to 15 October), a Bigger Deals sheet (5 to 11 October), and a bigger 11-page Black Buster issue that covered just 4 October. In late September there was a four-page Weekend Deals edition from 25 to 27 September. There is no stable weekday in our data and we found no official release schedule, so the dates printed on each edition are the only thing to trust. Single-brand sheets such as the iPhone and vivo ones are really campaign flyers: they tell you which device is being pushed, nothing more.
People searching for a Jumbo Electronics catalogue or brochure usually want the same thing, a list of what is currently on offer. The retailer's own online store, jumbo.ae, is the place to check live availability. AdsSOS holds the leaflet images, which is useful for seeing how a campaign was framed on a given date, but we do not hold prices or product pages, so we make no claims about what any device costs.
Trade coverage gives some context on how Jumbo runs promotions. When the group marked 50 years in business, Gulf News reported an anniversary sale with prizes and vouchers, and Khaleej Times covered the same event. In that sale, members of the Majid Al Futtaim SHARE programme could earn five times the usual points on purchases, with Apple, DJI and PlayStation excluded. That sale has finished, so treat it as an illustration of how card and loyalty offers can sit on top of a promotion, not as a current deal.
A guide on a UAE shopping site mentions a trade-in service called Jumbo Exchange, which lets customers offset the cost of a new device with the value of an old one. We did not find the current terms, so ask in store before assuming your phone qualifies. We found no Jumbo price-match policy in the pages we opened. The one price-match promise that appeared in our search belonged to a competitor, so if matching matters to you, compare the Sharaf DG weekly offers and the EROS electronics offers yourself.
This is the part most buyers should read before paying. Jumbo's official return and exchange page, covering both jumbo.ae and its retail stores, allows returns or exchanges within seven days of delivery or in-store collection, with several conditions.
The page lists a helpline and WhatsApp number, 600-532395, and a customer care email. Dead-on-arrival products are handled separately, with verification that can take three to five business days.
A search summary of the retailer's footprint described 17 retail stores across the UAE, and trade press reports relaunches and refits at City Centre Deira, the Sharjah branch and the Dubai Mall store. We did not find a single official page listing opening hours, so we are not quoting any. Malls set their own trading times, and the branch you plan to visit is the safest source.
Gulf News describes Jumbo Electronics as a Dubai-based tech group and traces how it grew into one of the region's best-known electronics names. Its online arm sells mobiles, laptops, TVs and appliances, as the homepage title states. Search suggestions also show people pairing the name with Qatar, so make sure any loyalty or offer terms you read are for the UAE business.
