ExpiredReports from 2015 place the Kenz Hypermarket in the Hamidiya area of Ajman, its first UAE store; we found no confirmation of other branches.
RetailME reported in 2015 that it is a business unit of the Qatar-based Saudia Group of Companies.
Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Monday, with a midweek leaflet to Wednesday and a weekend leaflet from Thursday.
Kenz Hypermarket does not publish, on any page we could find, a statement of its leaflet release day. Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Monday, and the recent archive shows a clear two-part weekly rhythm. A midweek leaflet opens on Monday and runs to Wednesday, for example Midweek Super Saver from 19 to 21 October 2026 with 23 pages and Cart & Save from 5 to 7 October with 24 pages. A weekend leaflet opens on Thursday and runs to Sunday, for example Fun Figures Crazy Prices from 15 to 18 October with 36 pages and Big Savers from 8 to 11 October, also 36 pages.
Occasionally a very short edition appears, such as a one-day Midweek Value Saver dated 12 October 2026. The leaflets are long by regional standards, which fits the size of the store, described below. Always read the printed dates, because a midweek and a weekend edition never overlap in our recent data but a one-day edition can sit inside a longer window.
To place Kenz in the wider market, see the hypermarket promotion leaflets in the UAE and the United Arab Emirates promotion leaflet hub.
We could not find a Kenz Hypermarket website, loyalty card, app or coupon scheme in the sources available to us, and we found no official page that rules one out either. We therefore say only that a published loyalty programme could not be found. If a leaflet mentions a card or membership benefit, the leaflet's own terms are the authority.
No Kenz price-match or return policy was found. UAE shoppers can fall back on general practice. A Gulf News explainer states that a seller must repair, replace or refund a defective product free of charge and the consumer chooses the remedy. For change of mind, the article says most customers are unlikely to receive cash and that exchanges or credit notes are common, usually with the original receipt within seven to fourteen days. Because Kenz sells electronics and furniture as well as groceries, ask about the policy on bulky items before you buy and keep the invoice.
We could not verify opening hours for Kenz Hypermarket from an official or reliable source, so we give none; check with the store directly. No clearance or markdown routine is published in the pages we reviewed. The midweek and weekend leaflet split is the practical pattern: use the Monday-to-Wednesday edition for routine shopping, and the Thursday-to-Sunday edition when planning a larger basket.
Kenz Hypermarket opened in Ajman in September 2015 as the first operation outside Qatar for the Qatar-based Saudia Group of Companies, according to RetailME and Khaleej Times. The group described the investment as AED 80 million, and RetailME names Kenz as one of the group's three business units. The store is in the Hamidiya area of Ajman, with a reported 160,000 square feet of space, and its range was reported to span food and lifestyle goods, including electronics, furniture and fast-moving consumer goods.
At launch the company said it planned more stores in the UAE and was considering other emirates, and it saw potential for department stores. Those reports date from 2015. We found no source confirming additional branches, so we cannot say whether Kenz operates beyond Ajman today, although its steady leaflet output suggests it is trading.
Neighbouring emirates are served by Lulu Hypermarket offers, Grand Hypermarket promotions and Nesto weekly offers, which are useful comparison points for Sharjah and Ajman households.
