Emilios Eliades Offers This Week

Emilios Eliades: a family appliance name since 1957

Most flyer pages begin with a leaflet. This one can begin with a story, because the company tells it on its own About Us page. Emilios Eliades opened his first shop in Nicosia in 1957, after selling his car to pay for it, starting with light fittings and irons and delivering by bicycle. In 1960, the page says, he met the founder of Smeg at the Milan fair and persuaded him to export to Cyprus, and the company later sold thousands of Smeg cookers under a no-money-down slogan. A second shop followed in Famagusta in 1967, and the company marked fifty years in 2007. Today it sells appliances and furniture, and the site still has a dedicated Smeg section.

Emilios Eliades offers: a seven-page leaflet that spans a month

The edition listed on AdsSOS is a seven-page leaflet valid from Monday 12 October to 12 November 2026. Editions from this retailer are therefore monthly in what we hold, and the Monday start fits the usual retail rhythm without proving it. The web shop tags its promotions with seasonal labels such as TV October, Furniture Autumn Sales and Autumn offers, so campaigns follow the season rather than the weekly calendar. Real searches include "emilios eliades special offers" and "emilios eliades appliances", and both lead to the same place: the leaflet for headline ideas, the website for what is actually in stock today. We leave out figures because AdsSOS holds no price data.

Emilios Eliades opening hours and showrooms

The most common phrasing in the suggestions is "emilios eliades opening hours", along with town searches for Limassol, Paphos, Nicosia and Larnaca. The contact page lists showrooms at 271 Strovolos Avenue in Nicosia, 74 Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue in Larnaca, 14 Michael Psellou in Limassol and 11 Mesogis Avenue in Paphos, plus a warehouse at the Dali industrial estate. When we read it, the Nicosia showroom was marked as temporarily closed. The company address shown on the home page is the first floor of 271 Strovolos Avenue, telephone 77775077.

The general hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30, with Wednesday and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 and Sunday closed. The page gives a single schedule and notes a different weekday time for Limassol only, so confirm your branch by phone. Cyprus Mail reported in November 2023 that shops can open on Sundays but the Labour Minister saw no reason to change the hours framework, so a closed Sunday here is the shop's own choice.

Delivery terms

The terms page says delivery is only within Cyprus, on weekdays, not on holidays or weekends, and normally within a few working days when the product is in stock, with the date confirmed by email or phone. Fees depend on the size of the appliance, remote locations can cost extra, and standard rates apply only within 30 kilometres of the nearest store. If the company cancels an order before dispatch it promises a full refund. The site did not describe payment methods on the pages we read.

Emilios Eliades return policy and warranty

The return policy is the strongest part of the site. For online orders a change-of-mind return is accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery, in the original packaging and excellent condition, with the buyer paying return shipping. Items go back to the store where they were bought, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 except public holidays. A late return may be refused, and an accepted one is refunded by the original payment method. All products carry a two-year legal warranty, which needs the receipt, and for a defect the company may repair, replace or offer another model, with a refund if you refuse the substitute. The European consumer centre network confirms that a legal guarantee of conformity lasts at least two years and is separate from the right to withdraw. The Cyprus Consumers Association describes a written 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases from a Cyprus supplier.

Loyalty and price matching

Return, exchange and price-adjustment terms are set by the retailer and by local consumer law, and can differ between stores and between online and in-store purchases. For a purchase that matters, confirm the terms with the customer-service team first. The web shop does show reduced items with former and current prices, but that is a sale, not a guarantee.

Other appliance and furniture catalogues

AdsSOS has no electronics hub for Cyprus, so we point to the nearest one, home and furniture offers in Cyprus. Next to this retailer you may want Kleima furniture catalogue, Leroy Merlin brochure in Cyprus and Paphos HomeMarket offers. The full list is on the Cyprus offers hub.
