Price matching, returns and coupon rules

We could not find a published Dillons price-match policy or an in-store return policy, so we make no claim on either. What the official Dillons help pages do document is how coupons and online orders behave.

• Digital coupons can be used at any store in the Kroger family of stores, provided the product is in stock. They show on the receipt as ecpn.
• Rainchecks or make-good offers are available at the manager's discretion.
• Up to 150 Cash Back offers and digital coupons can be loaded per household at one time.
• Digital coupons and Cash Back offers may not be combined and are limited to one per item.
• Paper coupons must be affiliated with Kroger and can be used only once.

For delivery and pickup, the help page says that if the fulfilled total is lower than the total when placed because of a net price decrease, a refund of the difference may be applied to the payment card within 24 to 48 hours. In the event of a pricing error, an order may be cancelled and the price corrected.

Smart shopping: hours and markdown habits

We did not find store hours on the official pages available to us, and hours differ by location and by department such as the pharmacy, so confirm them in the store locator before you drive. We also found no official statement on clearance or markdown schedules, so we say nothing about them. A useful habit that the help pages support is to clip your digital coupons before you reach the register and to check the receipt afterwards for the ecpn lines.
