The Lowe's edition currently listed on AdsSOS runs from Thursday, October 15 to Wednesday, October 28, 2026, a window of two weeks, and has two pages. So unlike a supermarket circular, this edition does not turn over every seven days. We could not open an official Lowe's page that states the release day or the usual length of its ad cycle, because the retailer's pages returned an access error to our tools, so rely on the dates printed on the ad. One benefit of the free MyLowe's Rewards programme, described below, is early notice of sales.

How to save: loyalty card and app

MyLowe's Rewards is the retailer's free loyalty programme, launched in January 2024 according to coverage of the company release. Joining does not require a credit card. Press and trade coverage lists these member benefits:

• Points on eligible purchases, redeemed as MyLowe's Money; one report says 500 points convert to $5.
• Free standard shipping, free member-only gifts and free DIY workshops for kids and gardeners.
• Early notice of sales and personalised recommendations in the app.
• Silver Key status from $500 in annual spending at 1.25 points per dollar, and Gold Key from $2,000 at 1.5 points per dollar.
• A MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card that is reported to give 5 percent off eligible purchases and Silver Key status.

Reports differ on some details, and we read them on trade and coupon sites rather than on a Lowe's terms page, so check current terms in your account.

Price matching, returns and coupon rules

On price matching we saw only third-party reports, not an official policy page. They say Lowe's will match a current lower price on an identical in-stock item from a local competitor, with proof such as an ad or a photo, and that Amazon third-party sellers and auction sites are excluded. One of those reports adds that Lowe's no longer uses the old Price Promise name. Treat all of that as unconfirmed and ask a store associate.

The returns policy is published on lowes.com, and search results summarise it as follows:

• Most new, unused items can be refunded or exchanged within 90 days with valid proof of purchase.
• Items bought with certain Lowe's credit cards, including the MyLowe's Rewards Credit Card, can be returned within 365 days.
• Shorter windows apply to some categories: 48 hours for major appliances, air conditioners and paint sprayers, and 30 days for liquid paint, TVs and water heaters.
• Proof of purchase can be a receipt, order number, payment card, phone number or MyLowe's account, and a government photo ID may be requested.
• Pickup orders can go back to any Lowe's store in the United States.

Smart shopping: hours and markdown habits

Lowe's hours are listed per store. The S.E. Orlando store page shows 8 AM to 8 PM on Sundays and 6 AM to 10 PM on Mondays and Saturdays, while stores in Brooklyn and Rosedale, New York, open at 7 AM on Sundays and close at 8 PM. Because of this, use your own store page before a Sunday trip. We found no official statement on markdowns or clearance, so we do not describe any routine, and we suggest asking the store whether a clearance item carries the standard return window before you buy it.
