ExpiredEditions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Friday. Recent Weekend Mega Offer editions ran 21-27 August, 29 August-3 September and 11-17 September 2026.
A January 2025 consumer guide says 1 point per AED 5 spent, 500 points equal an AED 25 voucher, and points expire after one year. Confirm current terms with the store.
The guide names Al Karama and Deira in Dubai and Ansar Mall in Al Nahda, Sharjah, though a news report says the group was relocating from its Sharjah mall.
Ansar Gallery's recurring leaflet is the Weekend Mega Offer. The editions on AdsSOS ran from 21 to 27 August 2026 in eight pages, from 29 August to 3 September in ten pages, and from 11 to 17 September, also ten pages. Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Friday, which fits the 11 September and 21 August openings, though the 29 August edition began on a Saturday. Each runs about a week, so a new one tends to overlap the weekend.
Alongside the weekly edition sit longer campaigns: Back To School, valid from 17 to 31 August in eleven pages, and a 24-page Big Sale running from 15 August to 22 September. We found no official statement on release day or time, so rely on the validity dates shown with each edition.
A consumer guide dated 27 January 2025 describes the Ansar Smile programme. Members earn one point for every AED 5 spent, although points may be halved during promotions. Five hundred points are worth an AED 25 gift voucher, redemption starts at 500 points, points expire after one year, carry no cash value and cannot buy gift cards. Balances are checked in the Ansar Smile app. Because the guide is third-party and more than a year old, confirm current terms with the store.
The same guide lists accepted payment methods as cash, credit and debit cards and Apple Pay. A separate bank-offers aggregator lists card promotions and instalment plans from several UAE banks for Ansar Gallery. Those are bank programmes, not store loyalty.
We did not find an Ansar Gallery page on price matching, return windows or coupons, so we cannot quote store-specific rules. Federal consumer law applies in any case. Commentary on Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, amended in 2023, says a buyer of defective goods may choose replacement, repair or refund regardless of a retailer's policy and that clauses removing that right are void.
Because Ansar Gallery sells electronics as well as clothing and household goods, the practical lesson is to keep the invoice for anything with a warranty. The Federal Tax Authority also requires advertised prices to include VAT, so a leaflet price for a television or a toy should not rise at the till. Unresolved disputes can go to the Ministry of Economy, which accepts complaints through its smart app and on 800 1222.
The same guide lists hours of 8 AM to 12 AM daily, but it does not say which branch they apply to, so check before travelling, particularly in Ramadan. We found no official statement about markdown or clearance routines. A news report did describe heavily attended clearance sales at the group's Sharjah site as it prepared to relocate, but we could not confirm its date, so it is no guide to a normal week.
Weekend rules differ by emirate: federal offices use Saturday and Sunday, while Sharjah government offices observe Friday, Saturday and Sunday. These apply to public bodies, not shops.
The guide describes Ansar Gallery as part of Ansar Group, which began in 1980 as a single store called New World Company and now operates 17 centres across the Gulf. It names branches in Al Karama and Deira in Dubai and at Ansar Mall on Al Ittihad Road in Al Nahda, Sharjah. The range is broad: electronics, fashion, household goods, cosmetics, home decor, furniture, stationery, grocery and toys. A Khaleej Times report says the group's Sharjah mall opened in 2003 as its first UAE project and was being moved out of Sharjah, so the Sharjah branch status should be verified.
The wide range is why AdsSOS lists it near grocery chains in the hypermarkets in the UAE hub, although it behaves more like a general-merchandise store. Compare with the Lulu promotion leaflet this week or the Grand Hypermarket offers, or go back to the United Arab Emirates flyer hub.
