The current Spinneys promotion leaflet is valid from 31 August 2026 until 31 October 2026.
The current edition has 196 pages.
The 196-page catalogue on AdsSOS runs from 31 August to 31 October 2026.
Its UAE homepage shows a free-delivery label and a same-day slot of 08:00 to 10:00 on the day we checked; the free-delivery threshold was not visible.
Food Business Middle East named SpinneysFOOD as its own-label range in July 2026.
Spinneys is unusual among UAE chains on AdsSOS because its main edition is a long-running catalogue and not a weekly leaflet. The current Spinneys catalogue is valid from 31 August to 31 October 2026 and runs to 196 pages. A second listing, a 24-page Spinneys Food Trend Report for 2025 to 2026, is an editorial publication and not a list of offers, so treat it as reading material.
We found no official Spinneys statement about a weekly release day, and our data shows no repeating weekday, so we do not give one. With a two-month validity, the practical question is not when a new leaflet appears but which items in the catalogue are time-limited; the dates printed beside individual products are the ones to follow, and the Spinneys website is where current in-store promotions would be confirmed.
The Spinneys UAE homepage we opened emphasises online grocery delivery, with a free-delivery label and a same-day slot shown as 08:00 to 10:00 on the day we read it, but the page text did not set out a loyalty scheme, and our searches did not return a Spinneys-run points card. We therefore do not describe one. Smiles, the e& rewards app, is a separate programme; a Gulf News piece says it awards one point per dirham spent on card payments, but nothing we opened says Spinneys accepts it, so do not assume so.
The homepage categories include bakery, butchery, dairy, fruit and vegetables, frozen, household and world foods, so the website is the place to compare what is on offer against the catalogue. The free-delivery threshold was not visible in the text we could read.
We did not find a published Spinneys price-match or coupon policy. The site links to terms and conditions, but the contents were not in the text available to us, so we do not quote returns terms. The general UAE rule, per a consumer-rights guide, is that a seller must repair, replace or refund a defective product at no cost and that a no-refund sign does not override it; perishable goods should be reported at once with the receipt.
Gulf News reports that prices shown to UAE consumers must include VAT, so catalogue prices are tax-inclusive amounts.
Opening hours vary by branch. A Property Finder blog lists a Sharjah branch as open daily from 07:00 to 23:00, while a directory entry for another branch showed different hours, so we cannot give one schedule for the chain; check the branch page or call. We found no official information on markdown routines. A 2009 Khaleej Times item mentioned a Monday market day, but it is too old to rely on.
Federal government offices moved to a Friday-afternoon-to-Sunday weekend from 1 January 2022 according to reports at the time, which did not address private retailers.
Food Business Middle East, in a July 2026 report on a new store at Radiant Square on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, said Spinneys was founded in 1924 by Arthur Rawdon Spinney in Alexandria, Egypt, entered the UAE with a first Dubai store in the early 1960s, and operates around 80 stores across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman. The same report names SpinneysFOOD as its own-label range. The report does not give a UAE-only figure or the ownership structure, so we leave those out.
Spinneys is filed under hypermarkets and grocery chains in the UAE in our feed, though it operates supermarkets in the usual sense. To compare it with other chains, see the Carrefour promotion leaflet this week, the Lulu offers this week or the Al Safeer Hypermarket offers this week, and browse every retailer on the United Arab Emirates promotion leaflets this week page.
