ExpiredThe current Union COOP promotion leaflet is valid from 14 September 2026 until 23 September 2027.
The current edition has 40 pages.
The official homepage lists 27 branches and seven malls; Wikipedia gives 28 hypermarket branches as of 2025, all in Dubai. The number depends on the source and date.
Per a 2022 Zawya release, you earn one point per AED 1 spent, and Gold (shareholder) members can redeem AED 50 at 3,000 points, Silver members at 4,000. Cards are free and must be activated online.
Yes, the homepage links the app on the App Store and Google Play, and the Tamayaz release says linking the card adds order tracking and smart invoices.
We found no official branch hours. The homepage lists Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00 and Friday 07:30 to 12:00 only for web-store queries.
The homepage links a Return Policy page whose terms we could not read. By UAE rules, defective goods can be replaced, repaired or refunded.
The latest edition we hold, Bigger Deals, Better Basket, is valid 14 to 23 September 2026 over 40 pages.
Dubai shoppers type "union coop offers catalogue" and "union coop catalogue pdf" more than almost any other co-op phrase, so here is what we actually hold. The most recent main edition is "Bigger Deals, Better Basket", valid 14 to 23 September 2026 over 40 pages, with a separate four-page Umm Al Quwain version for the same dates. Before it came two short weekend editions called "Weekend Pics, More Value Every Weekend": 4 to 6 September (12 pages) and 11 to 13 September (14 pages), both running Friday to Sunday, plus a 48-page "Back To School" edition valid 3 to 13 September.
Our data shows no typical start day for Union Coop, because the main editions and the weekend editions begin on different days, and we found no official statement of a release day. We also hold nothing newer than the September edition at the time of writing, so a fresh catalogue may be on the way; check the dates on the cover.
Tamayaz is Union Coop's loyalty scheme, and the press release published on Zawya is the clearest description we found. At the end of 2022 it counted 764,385 enrolled members: 34,223 Gold cardholders, who are shareholders, and 730,162 Silver cardholders, who are not. The release says those members generated 80 per cent of the society's sales that year.
These are the 2022 terms. Rates and thresholds can change, so check inside the app before you plan a basket around them. The homepage lists the app on both the App Store and Google Play.
The homepage says Union Coop was established on 24 May 1982 under a Ministerial Resolution and calls itself the largest consumer co-operative in the UAE. It lists 27 branches and seven malls, including Al Warqa City Mall, Etihad Mall, Al Barsha Mall, Al Barsha South Mall, Nad Al Hamar Center, Al Nahda and Motor City, and two grocery formats, Mini Coop and Coop. Wikipedia gives 28 hypermarket branches as of 2025, all in Dubai, so the count depends on the date and the page you read.
It became the first co-operative society in the UAE listed on the Dubai Financial Market, in July 2022, trading as UNIONCOOP. Wikipedia also records a cash dividend of 22 per cent on share value and a 5 per cent return on shareholder purchases announced in March 2023, and notes the 2021 launch of Union Farm, an in-house organic farm at Al Warqa City Mall. For a member-owned comparison in another emirate, see Sharjah Co-operative Society offers.
We could not find a published set of branch hours. The homepage gives hours only for web-store queries: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00 and Friday 07:30 to 12:00, which are customer-service times and not store hours. During Ramadan 2026, a Zawya release said the Ramadan campaign ran until 23 March 2026 across branches, the online store and the Tamayaz app, with delivery services kept running; it did not state shop hours. Because opening and closing times differ by branch and season, check the app or call the branch.
The homepage links to a Return Policy page, but its terms were not readable to us, so we cannot quote a time limit. National rules apply regardless. Khaleej Times, in May 2026, listed the right to a replacement, repair or refund for a defective product even where a shop displays a no-returns sign, said the displayed price is final with no card surcharge, and said a buyer can claim the difference if the same item is reduced within a week. Meydan Free Zone adds that return terms for non-defective goods must be clear before you pay. Complaints can go to the Ministry of Economy on 800 1222 or, in Dubai, consumerrights.ae.
If you are comparing the weekly basket, open the Nesto weekly catalogue, the Lulu promotions this week or the Carrefour offers in the UAE. For the full list of grocery chains, browse the UAE hypermarkets hub or return to the UAE leaflets hub.
