The current edition has 6 pages.
The edition listed on AdsSOS runs from Monday 12 October to Sunday 25 October 2026, a two-week window. Always check the dates on the page itself.
Costco Canada's customer service page states a 90-day return window for televisions, major appliances, projectors, computers, cameras, drones, tablets, smartwatches and cell phones, with listed exceptions.
A Costco.ca membership page states a 2% annual reward on most purchases for Executive members, capped at $1,250 per year.
Costco is a membership warehouse club, not a conventional supermarket, even though groceries are a large part of what it sells. The Costco Flyer this week listed on AdsSOS is a six-page edition valid from Monday 12 October to Sunday 25 October 2026, a two-week window rather than the one-week cycle used by most grocers. Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Monday. On costco.ca, the navigation shows separate sections for offers ending Sunday, online deals and warehouse savings, which fits that fortnightly rhythm, but the site does not publish a release hour. Rely on the dates printed on the page you are reading.
Costco's site asks members to pick a warehouse to see local details, so use the locator before a long drive.
The central saving tool is the membership itself. Costco Canada describes an Executive membership that earns a 2% annual reward on most purchases, capped at $1,250 per year, and says memberships are valid for one year and must be renewed annually. The Executive tier costs more than the basic Gold Star tier, so the reward only makes sense if your yearly eligible spending is high enough to cover the difference. We do not quote current fees because Canadian figures in the sources we saw were inconsistent.
Costco also issues a Canadian co-branded credit card through CIBC Mastercard, according to the Costco Wikipedia entry, and offers grocery delivery in Canada through Instacart.
Costco Canada's customer service pages say it refunds the purchase price on most products and fully refunds the membership fee for members who are dissatisfied. Electronics have a stated 90-day window: televisions, major appliances (countertop microwaves excluded), projectors, computers, cameras, drones, camcorders, digital music players, tablets, smartwatches and cell phones. Cell phone returns depend on your carrier contract.
The same page lists exceptions. Cigarettes and alcohol cannot be returned where the law prohibits it, custom orders are not returnable except for warranty or legal reasons, and airline items, live-event tickets, gold and silver bullion or coins, Shop Cards and gift cards are non-refundable. Diamonds of 1.00 carat or larger need verification that takes about two to five business days. Tires and batteries may have product-specific warranties instead. Restrictions are shown at the point of purchase.
We could not find a published price-match policy for Costco Canada, so we make no claim either way. Costco does take part in the Scanner Price Accuracy Code run by the Retail Council of Canada, which concerns prices that scan higher than the displayed price.
Opening hours and holiday closures are set per warehouse, and costco.ca directs shoppers to the warehouse locator for them instead of publishing one national schedule. Check your local warehouse page before travelling on a statutory holiday, since provincial rules differ. In Ontario, for example, the Retail Business Holidays Act names holidays such as New Year's Day, Good Friday, Canada Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, and it does not apply in the City of Toronto. We found no official statement about markdown or clearance routines, so we do not describe any.
Warehouse purchases mean larger pack sizes, so comparing with a neighbourhood offer such as the Walmart Flyer this week helps you judge whether bulk suits your household.
Costco Wholesale is a US-headquartered company. Its Wikipedia entry lists 114 warehouses in Canada as of November 2025, the second-largest national count after the United States, and says Canadian operations were 13.7% of total revenue in fiscal 2024. The predecessor Price Club opened its first Canadian store in Montreal in 1986, and the company merged with Costco in 1993. Kirkland Signature, launched in 1995, is the private label.
AdsSOS files Costco under the Canada supermarkets Flyer hub because of its grocery range, although it is a warehouse club. For a trade-focused hardware alternative see the Princess Auto Flyer this week, and for the full list of retailers visit the Canada Flyer this week hub.
