ExpiredThe Nesto KUWAIT app lets you log in to MyNesto to view your points and check eligibility for rewards. The listing does not publish earning rates.
The Nesto group's terms page, as shown in search results, allows exchange of regularly priced items within 7 days and fresh food within an hour with a receipt, and treats sale items as final. It is not Kuwait-specific, so confirm at the branch.
A third-party catalogue site lists 18 branches across five governorates. We could not confirm the figure on an official Nesto page.
Nesto publishes a mix of short promotions and larger branch editions in Kuwait. Recent items on AdsSOS include one-page flyers such as "3 Big Days" (22 to 24 October 2026), "Sunday Deals" (18 October), "Fish Exclusive" (17 to 18 October) and "Discount Wall, Vol 2" (23 to 28 September), alongside a nine-page "Now Open Offer" for the Al Jahra Block 04 branch valid from 14 to 20 October. Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Wednesday.
A third-party catalogue site shows most current Nesto catalogues starting on 21 October, and notes that the Al Jahra branch ran a "Mega Opening" edition from 7 to 13 October before the "Now Open" one. That aggregator also shows slightly different end dates for the same catalogue, so we treat it as indicative only. We found no official statement of Nesto's Kuwait release day, so check the dates printed on each flyer.
The Nesto KUWAIT app is listed on the App Store as a free app for planning store visits. Its description names four features: MyNesto details, push notifications, promotions and store locations. It says users can log in to the MyNesto loyalty programme to see their points and check eligibility for rewards, and that the app carries the mid-week, weekend and special monthly promotions. The listing gives no earning rates.
Nesto also runs a separate loyalty scheme called INAAM in other markets, but the details we found are written for the UAE and we could not confirm that they apply in Kuwait.
The Nesto group publishes a terms and conditions page. As shown in search results, it says regularly priced items can be exchanged within 7 days and fresh food within an hour, with a receipt required. It excludes mobiles, electronics, toys, undergarments, imitation jewellery, personal care, health and beauty items, cosmetics, perfumes and physically damaged goods, treats sale and promotional items as final, and requires refunds or exchanges at the store of purchase. We could not open that page in full and it is not specific to Kuwait, so confirm with the branch.
Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 sets the national baseline. As summarised by the Kuwait Times, it provides for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, excludes perishable products. We found no price-matching policy or coupon scheme published for Nesto in Kuwait.
The same catalogue site lists most Nesto Kuwait branches as open daily from 7 or 8 AM until midnight or 1 AM. Some Fahaheel and Hawally branches are shown as closing for roughly an hour around midday on Fridays, and Khaitan is listed at 8 AM to 11 PM. The site itself warns that hours can change without notice, especially in Ramadan and on public holidays. These are third-party listings.
Friday is the resting day in Kuwait according to a Bank of Scotland trade guide updated in August 2026, and a holiday that falls on a Friday moves to the next working day. We found no officially stated markdown or clearance practice. To compare, look at the Kuwait hypermarkets Offers this week hub, Lulu Offers this week and The Sultan Center Offers this week. The Kuwait Offers this week hub covers other categories.
Wikipedia describes Nesto as a hypermarket and supermarket chain operating in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and India. It belongs to the Western International Group, was founded by K. P. Basheer, and is headquartered at Al Arab Mall in Sharjah. The Kuwait catalogue site says the retailer was established in 2004.
The same site lists 18 branches in Kuwait across five governorates: six in Al Ahmadi (Fahaheel, Mangaf and Mahboula among them), six in Farwaniya, four in Hawally including Salmiya and Beirut Mall, one in Al Asimah (Al Mirqab) and one in Al Jahra. We found no verified Kuwait private-label range.
