The current edition has 1 pages.
Al-Dawaa's return policy, as summarised from its website, gives 7 days from receipt to request a return or exchange of a defective or unsatisfactory product. Refrigerated, baby food and insurance-dispensed items are excluded.
Saudipedia's October 2025 profile says more than 900 pharmacies in over 100 cities.
The flash sale leaflets we hold last one or two days, for example 7 to 8 October 2026.
Al-Dawaa is a pharmacy chain, not a hypermarket, even though AdsSOS currently files it under hypermarkets Offers. Its leaflets here are short and frequent. Recent editions include a You Are The Medicine Deals leaflet valid from 9 to 15 October 2026, a Toddies product leaflet valid from 7 October to 31 December 2026, and three Flash Sale leaflets lasting one or two days: 7 to 8 October, 5 to 6 October and 27 to 28 September 2026.
This mix of one-day flash editions and a leaflet that spans nearly three months means the printed dates matter more than the week. We found no official statement about a regular publishing day, and the data we hold gives no clear weekday. See all editions on the Al-Dawaa Pharmacies Offers page.
A news report found in search results says Al-Dawaa has a points scheme called ARBAHI, whose points can be converted into Saudia AlFursan miles at three points for one mile. The item is undated and we could not open the official Al-Dawaa terms, so we cannot give earning or redemption rules. Saudipedia's company profile does not mention a loyalty scheme. Check the Al-Dawaa app or ask a pharmacist for the current terms.
Al-Dawaa publishes a Return and Exchange Policy on its website. According to the summary we could read, customers have 7 days from receipt to ask for a return or exchange of a product that is defective or unsatisfactory. Health and beauty items such as razors and oral-care devices are generally excluded unless they have a manufacturer defect. Refrigerated products such as insulin and temperature-sensitive goods such as baby food cannot be returned, and products dispensed through medical insurance are excluded too.
The same summary says in-store returns of online payments are refunded in cash, and orders cancelled before delivery are refunded to the card within 7 to 14 business days. The page itself returned an access error when we tried to open it directly, so check the wording before relying on these details. We found no price matching policy.
A Saudipedia summary of the E-Commerce Law adds that online buyers may return an unused product within seven days, with exceptions such as newspapers and magazines, downloaded software, CDs and DVDs, and goods made to the buyer's specification. Gulf News reports that sellers who break the law face warnings and fines of up to one million riyals, so the rule has practical force for online pharmacy orders. A 2019 ministry release states that buyers of defective, adulterated or counterfeit items may return them and claim a refund.
We did not find published chain-wide opening hours. On prayer times, the Federation of Saudi Chambers announced on 16 July 2021 that shops may stay open during daily prayers, so check your branch. We found no statement on clearance practice.
Because the flash leaflets last only a day or two, shoppers who rely on them should check dates on the day. Compare with other pharmacy chains in the pharmacy Offers section, where Al Nahdi Pharmacy Offers are also listed, and see electronics and stationery editions from eXtra Offers this week.
Saudipedia's profile of Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company says it began operations in 1993 in the Eastern Province and is headquartered in Al-Khubar. It reports more than 900 pharmacies in over 100 cities, and says the company has been listed on the main market of the Saudi Exchange since 14 March 2022 under the symbol 4163. The profile is from 2025 and does not name an owner.
