Almanea Offers This Week: publication rhythm and schedule

Almanea is not a grocery chain. It is the retail arm of the Hamad Abdullah Al Manea Trading Company, which sells and distributes electrical appliances, air conditioning, mobile phones and other electronics. AdsSOS files it beside the grocery names on the Saudi Arabia hypermarkets offers hub because of how the feed groups it, but the leaflets are about household technology rather than food.

The company does not publish a fixed release day that we could find. Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Thursday, and they are short, themed booklets of roughly four to six pages. Recent titles include a cashback promotion on air conditioners that ran from 6 to 10 October 2026, a Saudi National Day water cooler edition that ran from 11 September to 3 October, and several back-to-school booklets on kitchen appliances, smart screens and gaming accessories that ran until 31 August. Several editions can be valid at once, so read the validity dates printed on each page.

How to save: loyalty card and app

The official About Us page does not describe a points card or membership scheme. It points shoppers to the Almanea app, which it presents as the place for the best offers. An App Store listing for the app describes phones, large and small home appliances, kitchen devices, screens, audio equipment, air conditioning and computers, together with technical support, maintenance and warranty services. We could not find a published loyalty programme, so we do not describe one.

Almanea also accepts instalment payment through the Tamara service. Its own Tamara page says the service works in stores, on the website and in the app, and allows purchases to be split into several payments. Almanea pages show different instalment counts and invoice limits across versions, so confirm current conditions at checkout.

Price matching, returns and coupon rules

Almanea publishes a return policy page. According to the text we saw, a customer can request a refund within seven days of receiving a product if the specification does not match what was ordered or if the item is defective. Mobile phones, computers and gaming devices are listed as not returnable, replaceable or refundable unless damage or a defect is found within the same seven days, and software and video games are also excluded. We found no published price-matching promise and no coupon scheme on the pages we reached, so we say nothing about either.

If you pay through Tamara, the Almanea return policy still applies, but the refund must go back through Tamara rather than as cash or a gift card, according to the Tamara terms we saw. Separately, the Saudi Ministry of Commerce has described a general right for online purchases to be returned within seven days of the contract date, provided the item has not been used, with exceptions. Shop-floor purchases follow the store policy.

Smart shopping: hours and markdown habits

We did not find a single published opening-hours schedule for all Almanea branches, so check the branch page or app for your city. In July 2019 the Saudi cabinet decided that shops could operate throughout the day for a fee set by the municipal ministry.

Almanea does not publish a clearance policy that we could verify. The leaflets themselves follow seasonal themes such as back to school and Saudi National Day. Shelf prices in Saudi shops must include VAT and match the final invoice, according to a Ministry of Commerce notice, so the number printed on a leaflet page should be the number paid at the till. The Ministry says a difference can be reported.

About Almanea in Saudi Arabia

Almanea was founded in Riyadh in 1984 as a small shop and now says it operates more than forty branches. The About Us page names Riyadh, Al-Kharj, Dammam, Al-Khobar, Al-Ahsa, Jeddah, Mecca and Jazan, and says the company intends to keep expanding.

Shoppers comparing electronics will also find leaflets from eXtra electronics offers this week and from Jarir Bookstore offers this week, and browse every retailer on the Saudi Arabia offers hub. For food, the Hyper Panda offers this week page covers a grocery chain.
