IKEA KSA's return policy gives 365 days for unused products in original unopened packaging, with a receipt or online order confirmation. Mattress exchanges are limited to 90 days and rugs, plants and some other items are excluded.
IKEA's Saudi back-to-school campaign page states that joining IKEA Family is free and that members get extra member-only offers.
IKEA's Saudi store page lists stores in Riyadh, Thumamah, Jeddah, Dhahran, Madinah, Abha, Tabuk, Jazan and Qassim, plus planning studios including Taif.
IKEA is a furniture and home furnishings retailer, so its Saudi Offers are campaign leaflets rather than a grocery-style weekly sheet. Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Wednesday. The latest ones are Special Offers Vol 2 and Vol 3, both valid from 6 to 31 October 2026, and earlier ones were Saudi National Day Offers valid from 23 to 30 September 2026, with a shorter edition for 24 to 26 September.
Windows range from a few days to almost a month. We could not find an official statement of a fixed publishing day. Every current and recent edition is on the IKEA Offers page.
IKEA's Saudi site promotes IKEA Family, a membership that it says is free to join. A back-to-school campaign page on the site and the returns section both mention member-only offers and special member prices, so it is worth checking the leaflet small print to see whether a price is marked for members. We did not find a published points scheme or cash-back rate for Saudi Arabia, and we could not confirm a dedicated shopping app from the pages we opened, so we describe neither.
Returns are the best documented topic. IKEA KSA's return policy page gives 365 days to return or exchange unused products, provided they are in their original unopened packaging. Mattresses have a shorter 90-day exchange window, intended for a mattress that proves too firm or too soft, and the exchange must happen in a store. IKEA does not collect the old mattress from your home for a change-of-mind exchange.
Bring the receipt for in-store returns, or the order confirmation for online purchases. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and online delivery fees cannot be refunded once an order has shipped. The page adds that IKEA may ask for photo identification and may refuse a return at any time, so the stated period is not an unconditional guarantee.
Some goods are non-refundable: used bedding such as linens, duvets and pillows, cut fabric sold by the metre, made-to-measure items such as custom countertops, modified, altered or washed products, AS-IS products, IKEA gift cards, green plants and rugs. We found no published price matching policy for Saudi Arabia and make no claim about one.
For online purchases, a Saudipedia summary of the Saudi E-Commerce Law describes a general seven-day right to return an unused product, with exceptions for goods made to a customer's specification.
The IKEA Saudi store directory does not list opening hours; each store has its own page. We therefore give no hours. The directory lists IKEA Riyadh, IKEA Thumamah in north and east Riyadh, IKEA Jeddah, IKEA Dhahran for the Eastern Province, IKEA Madinah, IKEA Abha for the Asir region, IKEA Tabuk, IKEA Jazan and IKEA Qassim, along with planning studios in Riyadh, Jeddah and Taif for kitchens, wardrobes and storage.
On prayer times, the Federation of Saudi Chambers announced on 16 July 2021 that shops may stay open during daily prayers; check your store page for its current schedule. We found no official description of clearance timing, so we give none.
Because the leaflet editions overlap, a shopper furnishing a home can pair the IKEA leaflet with floral and decor offers from City Flower Offers, and browse the wider home and garden Offers in Saudi Arabia.
IKEA was founded in Sweden in 1943 by Ingvar Kamprad and is the world's largest furniture retailer, according to Wikipedia, which also records that most IKEA stores worldwide run as franchises and that the brand opened in Saudi Arabia in 1983. The IKEA Saudi site does not say which company operates the stores; its footer credits Inter IKEA Systems B.V. as copyright holder, which is not the same thing. We therefore do not name an operator.
For every other retailer we cover, see the Saudi Arabia Offers hub.
