The current Argos leaflet is valid from 20 October 2026 until 27 November 2026.
The current edition has 1 pages.
A reference page says Argos discontinued the printed catalogue in 2020 after 93 editions; orders now go through the online catalogue or in-store digital displays.
Argos's help centre says you have 30 days from delivery or collection to ask for a return, and a further 30 days to send it back, with the item unused, in original packaging and resaleable. Some items are excluded.
Sainsbury's owns Argos; a reference page says that in July 2026 Sainsbury's agreed to sell it to Swift Partners for 120 million pounds, with the sale pending.
Argos is a general merchandise retailer selling household goods, toys, technology and furniture, so it sits awkwardly in the UK supermarkets section where the feed placed it. Its famous paper catalogue is gone: a reference page says Argos discontinued the printed edition in 2020, after 93 editions, and customers now order through an online catalogue or in-store digital displays. The editions we hold reflect that. They are an Argos catalogue valid from 6 October to 24 December 2026 (5 pages) and a Black Friday offers page valid from 20 October to 27 November 2026 (1 page). We hold no weekday pattern and found no official statement of a release day.
This is why an Argos edition here looks nothing like a 32-page grocery leaflet. Treat the pages as a seasonal snapshot and rely on the live site for the full range. To compare other retailers' offers, see the Aldi leaflet this week or the Hobbycraft leaflet this week.
We could not open Argos's own pages on loyalty, because the site returned an access error to our automated request, so we cannot describe scheme rules. A reference page says Sainsbury's and the incoming owners intend to keep Argos on the Nectar loyalty programme. Treat that as intent reported on a reference page, and check at checkout whether Nectar details can be entered for your order.
The same reference page records a change of ownership under way: in July 2026 Sainsbury's agreed to sell Argos to Swift Partners for 120 million pounds, with the sale described as pending. Until it completes, Argos remains part of the Sainsbury's group, so scheme rules could change.
We found no published Argos price-match promise on the pages that were visible to us. Returns rules are documented in Argos's help centre, as shown in search results:
Argos says to allow 14 days for a refund after the item is returned, plus up to five working days for your bank. Keep proof of postage, because Argos says a refund will not be made if a return is not received and you cannot show it was sent. Faulty items follow separate rules, and Argos says you are entitled to a refund for them.
We could not verify Argos opening hours, which differ by store, and we did not confirm whether Argos counters inside other shops follow the host store's hours. In England and Wales the Sunday Trading Act 1994 lets shops over 280 square metres open for six continuous hours between 10am and 6pm on Sundays, with closure on Easter Sunday for large shops. We could not verify the Scottish position. We found no official statement of markdown habits.
Black Friday pages on AdsSOS are listed with a start date several weeks before the event itself, so check the validity line before you plan a purchase. The United Kingdom leaflets hub lists every publisher we track.
Argos Holdings Limited is owned by Sainsbury's, and a reference page dates the brand to 1972, with the first purpose-built shop opening in Canterbury in 1973. After Sainsbury's bought Argos in 2016 it placed Argos branches inside its larger supermarkets and created collection points in smaller Sainsbury's Local shops. The page lists 664 locations in 2025 and says 667 were recorded when the sale was announced, with 201 standalone stores.
