70 days leftThe current Booker Wholesale leaflet is valid from 7 October 2026 until 3 November 2026. New editions usually start on a Wednesday.
The current edition has 24 pages.
The NP9 National Promotions and Foodservice Specials editions we hold run from 7 October to 3 November 2026, while the Autumn 2026 edition runs from 6 October to 31 December 2026.
Booker Group Limited is a subsidiary of Tesco plc; the merger completed on 5 March 2018 according to the reference page we checked.
A school-association supplier page says to register at booker.co.uk with business name, address and lead contact details, after which a nine-digit customer number is shown. General trade requirements may differ.
Booker is a wholesaler that supplies businesses, so its publications are written for retailers, caterers and pubs rather than for a household weekly shop. The editions we hold now show three rhythms. The NP9 National Promotions and NP9 Foodservice Specials editions run for four weeks, from 7 October to 3 November 2026, with 24 and 20 pages. The Autumn 2026 edition is a 132-page publication valid from 6 October to 31 December 2026. A Wine Guide of 128 pages is valid from 12 August to 31 December 2026. Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Wednesday. We found no official statement of a release day, because Booker's own site refused our automated request.
That mix matters when you plan a purchase. A four-week promotional edition has a hard end date, while a seasonal guide runs to the end of the year, so check the validity line printed in each one. Browse the wider UK supermarkets and grocery leaflets section to compare it with retail chains, and note that the feed's category label is approximate for a wholesaler.
We could not verify a consumer loyalty card or app for Booker, and we do not claim that none exists. What we did find is about access. A parent-teacher association supplier page says organisations without an account register at booker.co.uk, supplying a business name, address, lead contact details and a charity number if applicable, after which a nine-digit customer number is shown on screen. That page is specific to school groups, so general trade requirements may differ.
Trade press also reported that Booker created an On Trade Club for customers that serve alcohol on their premises, open to existing customers and to licensed businesses not yet registered. Treat that as a dated press report and check the current terms with Booker.
We could not find a published price-match promise, a coupon scheme or a public returns policy for Booker. Because wholesale accounts are normally governed by account terms rather than consumer shopping rules, ask your branch or account manager for the conditions that apply to you before you rely on a leaflet offer. We have not verified how Booker treats unsold stock or credit claims, so we say nothing further on it.
The leaflet offers shown on AdsSOS are images of the publications. They do not carry stock levels, and a branch can only sell what is on its shelves.
Opening hours are branch-specific. Directory listings show different times from one depot to another, but they are third-party data and we did not treat them as verified. Check the branch page or call ahead, especially around bank holidays. The Sunday Trading Act 1994 applies to England and Wales and limits shops over 280 square metres to a continuous six-hour block between 10am and 6pm on Sundays, but we did not find a source that says how it applies to a trade-only depot, and we could not verify the Scottish position.
Wholesale buyers often compare more than one source. Another trade-focused publisher on this site is the Bestway leaflet this week, and for household grocery offers see the Aldi leaflet this week. The United Kingdom leaflets hub gathers every publisher in one place.
Booker Group Limited is a subsidiary of Tesco plc. Tesco agreed to merge with Booker in January 2017 for a reported 3.7 billion pounds, and the merger completed on 5 March 2018. Reference sources say Booker operates cash and carry branches across the UK and supplies roughly 1.5 million businesses through its divisions and delivery service. Its history includes buying 30 UK Makro stores from Metro Group in May 2012, and its group has been linked with the Premier symbol group, Budgens and Londis, and the Happy Shopper and Euro Shopper brands. These figures come from a reference page rather than from Booker, so confirm the current branch count on the official site before relying on it.
