SA Decor and Design describes Gelmar as having more than 90 years of experience, which fits. We only found the full story in a single place, so treat the founders' names and dates as unconfirmed.

We found no returns policy on the pages we could open. The law still applies: the Consumer Protection Act commenced on 31 March 2011, and Consumer Goods and Services Ombud material on SAFLII describes section 56, under which goods failing the quality standard can be returned within six months for repair, replacement or a refund.
