Tafelberg Furnishers Catalogue This Week

Tafelberg Furnishers Catalogue This Week: publication rhythm and schedule

The edition currently listed on AdsSOS for Tafelberg Furnishers is titled Black Friday and runs from 19 to 25 October 2026 across nineteen pages. That is a themed, one-week catalogue, and it begins on a Monday, but we hold no wider pattern for this retailer and found no official statement on when Tafelberg publishes its catalogues. Treat the dates on the catalogue itself as the authority. The retailer's website also has a Black Friday category, although the page we read does not describe any rules attached to it.

Tafelberg is a furniture and appliance retailer, not a grocer, even though AdsSOS files it in the feed under Supermarkets catalogues in South Africa. If you are furnishing a home, a useful comparison is House and Home catalogue this week; for groceries, start with Checkers specials this week.

How to save: loyalty card and app at Tafelberg Furnishers

We could not find a published loyalty card, points scheme or app on the Tafelberg pages we opened, and the site content we read did not describe credit terms either. We therefore make no claim about them. The practical saving route we can document is direct contact: the site lists telephone numbers for branches including Bellville (021 944 3330), Cape Gate (021 980 5780), Green Point (021 425 1419), Paarl (021 871 1552), Tokai (021 713 7700), Somerset West (021 840 1440) and Roodepoort (011 475 1515), so you can ask a branch about the items you saw in the catalogue.

Price matching, returns and coupon rules at Tafelberg Furnishers

The Tafelberg FAQ says the company aims to offer the best prices and that, if you find a product cheaper elsewhere, you can contact the store about it. The page does not describe a formal price-match process, so treat this as an invitation to ask, not a guarantee.

We did not find a published returns policy on the home page or the FAQ page we read, and the site refers to a separate Terms link whose contents we could not verify. Before paying a deposit, ask for the returns terms in writing. Your legal protection does not depend on shop policy alone: a consumer journalist quoted by EWN in July 2026 said that section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act gives six months to return defective goods, at the supplier's risk and expense, and that a store's own policy cannot override it.

Smart shopping: hours and markdown habits at Tafelberg Furnishers

Opening hours are not stated on the pages we read, so use the Find a Store page on the Tafelberg website or phone the branch. Delivery details are stated: the FAQ says orders generally arrive within one to five working days depending on stock and your address, and deliveries through third-party logistics partners can take up to seven working days. Online card payments are handled through PayFast, and EFT payments use the store's banking details. When you order, you choose delivery or collection and select a branch. We found no official statement on clearance or markdown timing.

About Tafelberg Furnishers in South Africa

According to its history page, Tafelberg Furniture Stores began in the early 1960s with a 250 square metre shop in Durban Road, Bellville, which is still the head office. The company has more than 60 years in retail and describes combined showroom and warehouse space of over 28,000 square metres. It calls itself the biggest independent retailer in the Western Cape, and the operating entity is named as Tafelberg Furniture Stores (Pty) Ltd.

The page is inconsistent on branch numbers, mentioning nine Cape Peninsula branches plus one in Gauteng in the narrative but listing twelve branches in its summary, eleven in the Cape Peninsula and one in Gauteng. The named locations include Bellville, Paarl, Brackenfell, Cape Gate, Diep Rivier, Tokai, Green Point, Brooklyn and Ysterplaat, Blue Crane DC, Somerset West and Parklands in the Western Cape, and Roodepoort in Gauteng. For other retailers, see the South Africa catalogues and specials hub or Pick n Pay catalogue this week.
