Recent Circular (Valid until 20 Oct 2026)Delivery listings show branches in areas including Al Nahda, Buhairah, Al Nad, International City, Za'abeel and Al Ain Al Jimi. A property guide lists an Al Ain branch in Al Mu'tarid and says the chain has 16 UAE branches.
See the Istanbul Supermarket page on AdsSOS. A recent main edition ran 15 to 20 October 2026 over 17 pages, with smaller fresh-food pages alongside.
The Al Ain branch is shown as open Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 1 AM, in a secondary guide. Other branches may differ, so phone ahead.
The chain has listings on Talabat. We found no official delivery policy or app.
A single property guide says the chain began in 1988 as a warehouse-store concept; we could not confirm this with an official source.
No store policy was found. Federal consumer law allows refund, replacement or repair for defective goods.
Searching the name also returns grocers in Turkey and the United States, so keep to the UAE business. It appears on delivery listings for several areas of the country: Al Nahda, Buhairah, Al Nad, International City, Za'abeel, Industrial Area 13 and Al Ain Al Jimi among them. A property guide to Al Ain supermarkets says the chain began in 1988 as a modest warehouse-store concept, now counts 16 branches across the UAE and lists an Al Ain branch in Al Mu'tarid. We could not locate an official company site, news coverage of its ownership or a trade-licence record in this session, so the branch count rests on that single guide. Treat it as a guide, not a fact sheet.
The brand's own pitch, as the guide puts it, is everyday essentials and fresh products, and it appears on a list of Al Ain stores stocking Turkish, South Asian and Middle Eastern items. Search suggestions for the name are mostly emirate and district words: Sharjah, Dubai, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Majaz 3 and Al Majaz 2, plus one asking for the head office.
The editions on AdsSOS overlap more than most. Between 6 and 20 October 2026 we hold six: a 10-page fruit and vegetable edition for 6 and 7 October, a one-page Sugar Free White Arabic Bread edition for 7 to 13 October, the 18-page Hello Savings from 8 to 14 October, the five-page Midweek Market for Tuesday and Wednesday 13 and 14 October, then two Thursday starts on 15 October: Fishery and Fruits and Veggies Deals (two pages, to 18 October) and the 17-page AED 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 Offers, valid to 20 October.
Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Thursday. We found no official note on release timing, so that is an observation only. The rhythm is a main catalogue of about six days, with small themed pages for fresh produce, fish or bread added on top, so more than one edition can be valid on the same day. Always compare the validity dates instead of assuming the newest page replaces the older ones.
Open the Istanbul Supermarket promotion leaflet this week page for the live list, and glance at Mark and Save weekly offers or Hashim Hypermarket promotion leaflet if you want a second opinion on the same basket.
The only hours we could read are for the Al Ain branch, shown in the Al Ain guide as Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 1 AM, with a phone number of +971 3 762 8411. That is one branch and a secondary source, so do not apply it to Dubai or Sharjah. There are no published Ramadan, Eid or public-holiday schedules in what we saw. Phone the branch, which is the quickest answer to the common query about what time the shop opens.
Delivery-app listings for the chain exist on Talabat, with category menus that include groceries, household items and personal care. The listings we opened were product catalogues that did not describe the company, and one address on a listing did not match its web address, so check the branch name inside the app before you order. We did not find an Istanbul Supermarket loyalty card, an official app or a published price-match rule, and we will not suggest there is one.
No store return policy was published on the pages we saw. Federal Law No. 15 of 2020, amended in 2023, gives shoppers a path to refund, replacement or repair for defective goods, and a legal summary says blanket no-return or no-exchange wording is unenforceable except for custom or perishable products. With groceries, report problems quickly and keep the receipt or the app order. If a branch will not help, the Ministry of Economy lists a unified call-centre number, 800 1222.
Because the shop sells everyday groceries, our closest fit is the UAE hypermarkets and supermarket leaflets hub. The UAE weekly promotion leaflets page lists every retailer we cover if you are still deciding where to shop this week.
