Moi in Quebec and Moi Rewards in Ontario, run by Metro Inc.; the Ontario version launched on 24 October 2024 with RBC Avion Rewards as a partner.
Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Thursday and run seven days, for example 15 to 21 October 2026 and 22 to 28 October 2026.
According to Wikipedia, Metro Inc. operates in Quebec and Ontario.
The Metro flyer on AdsSOS follows a clear weekly rhythm. The two latest regular editions we hold run from 15 October to 21 October 2026 and from 22 October to 28 October 2026, each with 16 pages, and editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Thursday. A separate Kosher edition of two pages ran from 24 September to 21 October 2026. Flyers are published in English and French, so some listings carry the word circulaire. We did not find an official statement of the release hour, so rely on the validity dates printed on each edition. The current scans are on our Metro flyer this week page.
Metro Inc. runs its own programme, called Moi in Quebec and Moi Rewards in Ontario. The Quebec version started in the early 2010s under the name metro&moi. The Ontario version launched on 24 October 2024 with RBC Avion Rewards as a core partner, replacing the previous Air Miles arrangement and the Thunder Bucks programme. A press release from that launch says it covers Metro and Food Basics stores in Ontario, and some Jean Coutu locations.
Reported earning rates differ by province. Quebec members earn one point per dollar and Ontario members one point per three dollars, with a minimum of 500 points before redeeming and a value of one dollar per 125 points (the 500-point threshold is worth four dollars, then redemptions move in one-dollar steps). Press coverage also says the programme gives extra points on selected items in the flyer and in store, personalized coupons in the app and member contests. A 2024 Leger survey cited by trade press ranked Moi as the most widely used loyalty programme in Quebec, with 79 per cent of Metro customers using it. These rates come from launch-era coverage, so confirm current terms in the app.
We could not find a published price-matching policy for Metro in the sources we checked, and the official Metro site could not be opened in our research session. Treat price matching as unconfirmed and ask at customer service before assuming a competitor flyer will be honoured.
The same applies to returns. We have no verified wording on return windows, so we do not state one. What is documented is that coupons are delivered through the Moi app as personalized offers, which means they depend on your account rather than on a clipped paper coupon.
Opening hours differ by banner and neighbourhood, so check your local store page. Provincial law shapes holiday trading. Ontario's Retail Business Holidays Act requires retail businesses to close on New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, with limited exceptions. The City of Toronto is excluded from that Act, though Ontario employment rules still apply. In Quebec, the Act respecting hours and days of admission to commercial establishments sets default hours and separate rules for groceries and for pharmaceutical products, so holiday openings can differ from Ontario. We found nothing official about clearance or markdown routines, so we leave that out.
Metro is the flagship banner of Metro Inc., a grocery and pharmacy group headquartered in Montreal, Quebec. According to Wikipedia, the company operated 953 food stores and 648 drugstores in 2020 across Quebec and Ontario. Its banners include larger Metro Plus stores, Super C discount supermarkets in Quebec, Food Basics in Ontario and Marche Richelieu, and it owns the Jean Coutu pharmacy chain, acquired in 2018. Private-label names include Selection and Irresistibles.
Metro sits in the Supermarkets category of our Canadian flyers hub. Because the group also owns pharmacies, shoppers often read the Jean Coutu flyer this week alongside the grocery edition, and compare staples against the Walmart flyer this week or the T&T Supermarket flyer this week.
