That storefront sells clothing, shoes, bags and accessories, jewellery, beauty and kids' items, and lists house names such as Foschini, FF Kids and FF Beauty. It also carries a "Get the Bash app" link and a "Log a return" link that points to a Bash help article. It is worth knowing before you hunt for a login: when shoppers type "foschini app" or "foschini online account application", the online side of the business lives on this platform.

What we can say is what the Consumer Protection Act guarantees: section 56 gives six months to return defective goods, and a shop policy cannot cut that short, as EWN consumer coverage explained in July 2026. Keep your till slip regardless.

Who is behind Foschini?

Wikipedia lists Foschini among the brands of TFG Limited, formerly The Foschini Group, a Cape Town-headquartered, JSE-listed clothing group with operations in Africa, the UK and Australia. Its acquisitions include Phase Eight in 2015, Whistles in 2016, the Australian Retail Apparel Group in 2017 and the Jet chain, bought from Edcon in 2020.
