Dukan offers today and across the week

Dukan is a chain that speaks in small, frequent sheets. The listings we hold for Dukan KSA are mostly one to three pages long: a one-page Best Deals volume valid 14 to 20 October 2026, a Deal of the Day for 14 October, a three-page Monday Fresh Offers for 12 October, a one-page Best Deals on Electronics for 7 to 13 October, and a three-page edition titled Crushed It and Turned Up the Heat for the same week. Editions listed on AdsSOS usually start on a Wednesday, which is our own observation from the feed. We did not find an official statement on release days, so treat that as a pattern, not a promise.

The single-day sheets are the ones people miss. A Deal of the Day expires at midnight, so scan the Dukan offers this week page for dates before you plan a trip, and note that the Monday fresh-food sheet is separate from the weekly one.

Who Dukan is

Dukan, often written Al Dukan, is a Saudi discount grocery chain. A February 2024 press release carried by Business Wire says it was founded in 2013 and describes more than 100 stores, around 500 employees and roughly 50,000 customers a day. Retail Insight Network repeats these numbers and says the stores sit in three cities of the Makkah province; Economy Middle East names them as Jeddah, Makkah and Taif. Both mention private-label products sold alongside basic groceries at discounted prices.

That positioning explains what the flyer looks like: staples, fresh food and a few household and electronics items rather than the department-store mix of a large hypermarket. A retail-offers blog describes the range as dry goods, canned food, fresh produce and bakery items, plus household items and some personal electronics, though that is a promotional description and not a store audit.

Ownership and growth plans

The same coverage reports that the Egypt-based discount grocer Kazyon bought a 50 per cent stake in February 2024 for SAR 250 million through a capital increase, with the other half remaining with the Al Dabbagh Group. The money was meant to fund faster store openings. Kazyon said it aimed to pass 5,000 stores across Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Morocco in the five years to 2028. These are stated ambitions from 2024, and we cannot say how many Dukan stores exist today, so do not read the count as current.

For shoppers this matters mainly as a hint about reach. If Dukan keeps opening, regional titles in the feed may widen; today the flyers we hold do not name a city, which is consistent with a compact footprint but does not prove it.

Loyalty cards, apps and delivery

People type "dukan app", but the suggestions that surfaced for it point to unrelated services in India and Kuwait, so be careful about downloading the wrong application. We found no official Dukan loyalty scheme or shopper app, and a retail blog that discusses Dukan offers does not mention one either. Any discount you see is the one printed on the sheet. Because of that, there is nothing to combine with the leaflet price on our side, and we will not suggest otherwise.

The same goes for delivery. Searches for "dukan delivery" lead mostly to other countries, and we did not find a Saudi Dukan delivery page. If you want groceries brought home, ask the branch rather than assume.

Prices, returns and your rights

Dukan does not publish a returns policy that we could open. The law fills part of the gap. The Ministry of Commerce states that the price on the shelf must include VAT and must equal the final invoice. If the till differs, the ministry says you can file a commercial violation report, and VAT queries go to the ZATCA call centre on 19993. For purchases made through an online shop, the ministry says the e-commerce system gives a right to return an unused item and recover its value within seven days of the contract date. Whether Dukan sells online we could not establish.

Opening hours, prayer times and Ramadan

"Dukan opening hours" returned no store-specific schedule for the Saudi chain, so the honest advice is to call the branch. As background, Gulf News reported in July 2026 that businesses can obtain a 24-hour permit from the municipality covering midnight to 5 am, with the restriction not applying in Ramadan or Eid. Whether any Dukan branch holds one is unknown.
