These terms govern your use of adssos.net. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What AdsSOS is

AdsSOS is an independent information service that lists retail circulars, weekly ads, leaflets and catalogues together with guides to the retailers that publish them. We do not sell products, take orders or process payments.

2. Non-affiliation and trademark notice

All store names, brand names, logos, trademarks and promotional circular graphics shown on this site belong to their respective owners, including retailers such as Aldi, Walmart, Carrefour and Woolworths. AdsSOS is an independent information service and is not officially affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any retailer listed. Use of a name or logo is for identification only and does not imply any relationship. Retailers who prefer that their material is changed or removed can ask us through the contact page or under our copyright policy.

3. Fair use notice

Retail promotional materials are published by retailers for public commercial visibility, so that consumers can see current offers. We show small cover previews and link to or display the circular pages from their source, with the retailer’s name and the validity dates, for the purpose of consumer information and comparison. We believe this use is fair and consistent with the purpose for which the material was released. This notice is not legal advice, and we respond promptly to any rights holder who disagrees.

4. Accuracy of information

Circular dates, pages and descriptions come from the source listings and may contain errors or change without notice. Prices, discounts, product ranges, stock, opening hours and policies are decided by each retailer and can differ by branch, region and sales channel. Our retailer guides are written from public sources and are provided for general information only.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsSOS and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on it. In particular, we are not responsible for any difference between a price or offer shown in a circular and the price charged at the till, on a retailer’s website or in an app, for products that are out of stock, or for offers that a retailer withdraws or changes. The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not use automated means to extract our content or data in bulk, or republish our editorial text, without written permission.
• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to misrepresent your affiliation with a retailer.

7. Our content

The written guides, layout, code and compilation of this site are the property of AdsSOS and its operators. You may view and quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Retailer materials remain the property of their owners.

8. Third-party links

Links to retailer and other external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites.

9. Privacy

Our use of data is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms by updating this page; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the site’s operator is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
