Frequently asked questions about the B&M leaflet

When does the new B&M leaflet start?

The current B&M leaflet is valid from 21 October 2026 until 22 November 2026.

How many pages does the current B&M leaflet have?

The current edition has 5 pages.

What are B&M opening hours on Sunday?

They vary by store; use the store finder. In England and Wales large shops are limited to six hours between 10am and 6pm.

Does B&M do click and collect?

We found no confirmed click and collect service. B&M launched online home delivery for bulky items in 2022 and said then it did not expect full-range click and collect.

Does B&M deliver?

Retail Gazette reported B&M's first online home delivery service in June 2022, starting with heavier items. Check the current website for what is offered now.

What is the B&M return policy?

We could not open an official page, so we cannot confirm a window. Faulty goods are covered by consumer law; ask at the customer service desk.

Is B&M open on bank holiday Monday?

Each branch sets its own hours, so check the store finder for your local store.

How long does the current B&M leaflet run?

The five-page edition we list is valid from 21 October to 22 November 2026.

B&M offers: a month-long leaflet, not a seven-day one

Pop into B&M and the offers change faster than the signs do, which is part of the fun. The leaflet we hold is a five-page B&M offers edition that began on Wednesday 21 October 2026 and runs until 22 November, so it covers a full month rather than a week. We have no repeated pattern for B&M editions yet, which means no promise from us about a regular start day. Read the dates on the scan, then treat the pages as a taster. Stock is what you find on the day.

What the B&M website actually shows

The retailer's own homepage works mainly as a store finder and a catalogue of departments. You can search by city, town or postcode, use your location, or browse by county, and you can filter stores by what they stock. The ranges listed in the finder include alcohol, garden centre, paint, frozen food, large furniture, flooring, wallpaper, Flogas, tobacco and lottery. Departments run from Home and Furniture to Household and Cleaning, with sections for Manager's Special, Occasions and Seasonal, and Offers. The tagline on the page is "Big Brands, Big Savings", and a Christmas Shop banner was up when we looked. Not every branch carries every range, which is why that filter is worth using before you drive.

B&M opening hours and Sunday trading

"B&M opening hours sunday", "b&m opening hours bank holiday monday" and "b&m christmas opening times" are the question trio. There is no single national answer. Each store has its own hours, and the store finder is the place to check them. The law explains part of the pattern: in England and Wales, shops over 280 square metres may open for no more than six hours on a Sunday, which must fall between 10am and 6pm, and may not open on Easter Sunday; smaller shops can trade for longer. B&M ranges from compact high-street units to big out-of-town stores, so neighbouring branches can legitimately differ. For Scotland and Northern Ireland, treat the finder as the final word.

Delivery, click and collect and what we could not confirm

Many shoppers search "do b&m do click and collect" and "b&m delivery". Retail Gazette reported in June 2022 that B&M launched its first online home delivery since opening in 1978, starting with bulky items that are hard to carry home, with charges then tied to order size. The same coverage quotes the company as unwilling to put the full range on click and collect, fearing it would damage impulse buying in store. That was a report from several years ago, and another article in the results mentioned the website listing no orderable items on one occasion. So before you plan a trip around a sofa or a bundle of garden furniture, check the current website and the branch.

B&M return policy: what is and is not confirmed

People search for "b&m return policy with receipt", "without receipt" and "faulty". We did not find an official returns page we could open this session. Third-party summaries mention thirty days and a receipt, but we are not repeating them as fact. What does apply is the general rule that faulty goods are covered by consumer law regardless of store policy, so take the item and proof of purchase to the customer service desk and ask. Tobacco and lottery sales sit outside normal returns thinking, according to the same third-party sources, so do not count on a refund there.

Who B&M is

Malcolm Billington and Brian Mayman opened the first shop in Cleveleys in 1978, which is where the name comes from: Billington and Mayman. The company is headquartered in Speke, Liverpool, and sits inside B&M European Value Retail, a Jersey-based group listed on the London Stock Exchange since June 2014 and part of the FTSE 250. Simon and Bobby Arora bought the business in December 2004. The group bought Heron Foods in July 2017 for 152 million pounds and Babou in France in October 2018. Wikipedia counts 764 UK stores in October 2025, and notes a B&M Home Store format that took over some former Homebase sites in 2024 and 2025. Tjeerd Jegen became chief executive in June 2025, and results for the year to 28 March 2026 show revenue of about 5.8 billion pounds.
