Yes. It is the online and catalogue retailer Studio, formerly Findel and Studio Retail Group, bought out of administration by Frasers Group in 2022 and now a wholly owned subsidiary.
The company is trading as part of Frasers Group, and our listing holds a catalogue valid to 5 November 2026 and a Cyber Monday notice to 27 November 2026.
Studio's trading terms in search results give a right to cancel before dispatch or within 14 days of delivery, excluding personalised goods. Check the help centre returns pages for current details.
The delivery charge table could not be opened this session, so check Delivery Methods in the Studio help centre.
A credit account and checkout option provided by Frasers Group Financial Services Limited. Wikipedia says it was later folded into Frasers Plus.
Our page lists the current dated scan of the catalogue. Requests for a printed copy go through Studio's own site or customer services.
Studio is a home-shopping name rather than a high-street one, so the phrase people type is usually "studio catalogue" or "studio.co.uk catalogue request", not "leaflet". Two editions are on our books right now. One is a short Cyber Monday advice notice, a single page valid from 20 October to 27 November 2026. The other is the main catalogue, five pages, running from 9 October to 5 November 2026. That is a month-long cycle, not a weekly one, and we have no regular start weekday to quote. Glance at the dates on each scan before you build a shopping list around it.
It is one of the questions Google suggests most, along with "is studio co uk safe" and "is studio co uk still trading". The answer from public records is reassuring and a little dramatic. Wikipedia traces the company to 1962, when it began life as Fine Art Developments, a greeting-card business. It later became Findel plc in 2000 and was renamed Studio Retail Group plc in July 2019. In February 2022 the shares were suspended as administrators were lined up, and later that month Frasers Group, the Sports Direct owner, bought the business out of administration for 26.8 million pounds. Retail Week carried the report of that deal. So yes, Studio exists, trades under the Frasers umbrella and is a wholly owned subsidiary.
Wikipedia lists a Shirebrook, Derbyshire headquarters, and describes the range as electronics, furniture, homeware and gifts, sold online and through catalogues. Its infobox also mentions clothing, jewellery and Christmas products. The article does not mention physical shops, which is why opening-hours questions work differently here.
The thing that sets Studio apart from most online shops is the credit side. Studio's help centre describes Studio Pay as a credit account and checkout payment option provided by Frasers Group Financial Services Limited. Customers with an account can use it on Studio and some other Frasers brands. The options mentioned are an Interest Saver, Buy Now Pay Later and a fixed payment plan, and interest is charged on balances that go unpaid. A Wikipedia note adds that Studio Pay was later retired and folded into Frasers Plus, and a search result from the Frasers help centre says customers switching over should refer to the email or letter they received.
Studio's trading terms, as shown in search results, give most orders a right to cancel and be refunded up to the point of dispatch or within 14 days of delivery. Personalised or made-to-order goods are excluded. That matches the general distance-selling position in consumer law, but wording and extras such as longer return windows vary by retailer, so open the Returns and Refunds sections of the Studio help centre before you send anything back. The help centre also lists Delivery Methods and Payment Plans. We could not open the delivery charge table this session, so quote nothing from us on that point.
You will see searches such as "studio opening hours" and "studio christmas opening", but most of what Google offers for them belongs to other businesses entirely: pottery studios, film studios and theme parks. The retailer we describe is mainly online and by catalogue, so there is no shop rota to learn. The Sunday trading rules that govern English and Welsh high-street shops, six hours for premises over 280 square metres and no opening on Easter Sunday, only matter if you find a physical Studio counter somewhere. For delivery dates over Christmas, use the retailer's own delivery pages.
Studio sits in the general-merchandise corner of our listings, alongside Argos catalogue offers, B&M weekly offers and Poundland offers this week. For the wider picture, try our discount and general merchandise hub, or head to the UK offers and leaflets homepage. If you also want grocery leaflets in the same sitting, Booker Wholesale offers is the trade-side option.
